Customer Service Representative - US Last Mile Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on US Last Mile Operations to support and optimise delivery services for our US‑based clients. Based in Karachi, you will work closely with drivers and the delivery centre to ensure smooth pickup and delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Plan routes and distribute loads effectively to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor load management to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (4 PM–1 AM or 12 AM–9 AM, six days a week).
• Excellent problem‑solving and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language communication.
