About the role
As a Customer Service Sales Representative in the real‑estate division, you will guide prospective buyers through the property search process, arrange site visits, and support them until a sale is closed. The role blends client‑facing service with sales activities to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Provide detailed property information and conduct on‑site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying journey.
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
