About the role

Simply Connect is hiring sales professionals for its US Telecom team in Karachi. The role involves talking to customers by phone, recommending and selling internet, wireless and TV packages, and delivering a positive customer experience. It is a full-time, onsite position on a night shift.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs.
Recommend and sell suitable internet, wireless and TV packages.
Handle customer inquiries, overcome objections and close sales.
Meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required profile

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Sales-driven mindset with effective objection-handling skills.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.
US telecom campaign experience is an advantage.
