About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Specialist to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Understand client requirements and provide comprehensive briefings on relevant property units.
• Conduct site visits and demonstrations to facilitate informed decisions.
• Close deals efficiently and maintain a high sales conversion rate.
• Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
