Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage relationships with agencies that use our live‑streaming platform. The role combines client‑facing support with proactive partnership development, ensuring agencies receive the service and guidance they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies delivering live‑streaming services.
• Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Monitor agency performance, address issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and approach potential new agencies, promote our services, and secure new partnerships to grow the customer base.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Urdu and English; Bengali is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong service mindset and a sense of accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Urdu and English (Bengali considered an advantage).
