Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Transpotech is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join its office‑based team in Lahore. The role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (foreign degree preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral US or British accent.
• Foreign exposure in English‑speaking countries is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and strong computer/typing expertise.
• Experience in customer support roles, preferably with US customers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
