Customer Services Intern (E-Commerce)

About the role

We are a rapidly growing print‑on‑demand e‑commerce company focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Customer Services Intern will gain hands‑on experience in business process management, workflow optimisation, and multi‑platform e‑commerce operations while supporting customer inquiries and monitoring order workflows across Amazon, eBay and Etsy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon, eBay and Etsy, meeting each platform’s response‑time SLAs.
• Assist customers with order tracking, customisations, cancellations, and return/refund requests.
• Handle print‑on‑demand issues such as print quality, sizing discrepancies and transit delays.
• Monitor order flows from marketplaces to fulfillment systems to ensure seamless processing.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks or shipping delays.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, process‑driven and proactive.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Hub and Etsy Manager (or eagerness to learn).
