Cold Calling Intern (Telemarketing)

About the role

Tanzeel SEO Expert is hiring a cold-calling intern to reach out to potential business clients by phone, introduce its SEO services and book appointments for the sales team. The role is performance-based, with income growing directly with results; after 2 months, top performers move to a fixed monthly salary. It is fully remote, with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to business leads provided by the company (daily lead lists, no need to find your own leads).
• Introduce SEO services confidently and professionally.
• Identify interested prospects and book appointments for the senior team.
• Follow up with warm leads by call and WhatsApp.
• Handle basic objections using the provided call scripts and training.
• Update the lead tracking sheet daily with call outcomes.
• Meet weekly call and appointment targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Confident and clear on the phone, with good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
• Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven; fresh candidates are welcome, with full training provided.
• Preferred: prior experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service, conversational English, and familiarity with CRM tools or lead sheets.

Required skills

• Resilience and time management while working from home.
• Basic tech skills: smartphone, WhatsApp and a simple Google Sheet/lead tracker.
