Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist who can operate at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and healthcare workflows. This role is responsible not only for resolving technical issues, but also for ensuring customers successfully adopt, use, and gain value from our platform. Our products are used by clinicians in real clinical environments, where reliability, accuracy, and workflow fit matter. We partner closely with customers to streamline operations, improve documentation quality, and support better patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new customer onboarding from kickoff through go‑live, acting as the main point of contact.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email, calls, and video meetings.
• Coordinate with product, QA, and engineering teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
• Track onboarding progress closely and catch details that could slip through the cracks.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and understand their workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management, preferably in SaaS or health‑tech.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Sharp attention to detail, especially with clinical or technical data.
• Comfort working in a SaaS, subscription‑based environment.
• Cultural awareness, ideally with experience working with customers in the United States.
