Customer Success Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our e‑commerce clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long‑term retention. Based in Rawalpindi, you will work closely with internal teams to drive measurable growth for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze client success metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve traffic, conversions, and retention.
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
• Coordinate with strategy, data, creative, and funnel teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and service.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving client performance.
• Effective relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Organizational capability to handle several accounts at once.
• Experience in a client‑facing role within e‑commerce, digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
