Customer Success Manager

About the role

Haqeqat Consultancy, a consultancy based in Islamabad, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build trusted client relationships and help customers derive value from its services. The role involves coordinating across teams, clear communication, and managing ongoing client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, guiding customers through service setup, expectations, and key processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, understand their objectives, and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction, service issues, and account health; coordinate timely resolutions with internal teams.
• Track customer feedback, identify recurring concerns, and share recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Support renewals and account retention through proactive engagement and clear communication of service value.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and empathetic communication style.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time‑management across multiple client accounts.
• Sound problem‑solving abilities and ability to assess client concerns and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborative approach when working with delivery and internal support teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using presentation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or account‑tracking systems.
