Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Nokhba.AI is looking for a proactive Customer Success Specialist to help clients adopt and extract value from its AI‑powered HR and recruitment platform. Working remotely, you will guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing product use, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and lead them through the platform setup.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
• Help customers understand and use key features effectively.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
• Build long‑term relationships and proactively address challenges.
• Respond to queries and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Collect feedback and relay insights to Product and Engineering.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
• Contribute to FAQs, guides, and onboarding resources.
• Support renewal and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, support, account management, SaaS, or HR technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence delivering online product demos and training sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and follow‑ups.
• Organized, proactive, and customer‑first mindset.
