About the role
Gifto Graphics is looking for a Customer Support Chat Agent to provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via online chat. You will handle product inquiries, personalized orders, pricing questions, delivery updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with personalized orders, pricing information, and delivery status.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Required profile
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Arabic language skills and prior customer‑service experience are a plus.
