Cold Calling and Customer Support Agent

About the role

Prius Future INC is hiring for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore, Punjab, focused on cold calling and customer support. The role covers both outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and inbound calls, with a focus on clear, courteous communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing and explaining company products or services
• Answer customer inquiries in a clear and courteous manner
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve issues
• Document interactions and update records in company systems
• Follow call scripts where appropriate and meet call volume and quality targets
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed
• Be punctual, follow company policies and take part in training and team meetings

Required profile

• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, Punjab, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or customer service is an advantage
• Prior experience in call centers, telemarketing or customer support is preferred but not mandatory

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and active listening, speaking clearly and confidently over the phone
• Customer service skills: empathy, patience and professionalism when handling questions, complaints or feedback
• Sales and persuasion abilities, including cold calling, objection handling and following structured scripts or pitches
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn and use CRM or call center software for logging and tracking customer interactions
• Time management and organization to manage call queues, prioritize tasks and keep accurate records
