Customer Support Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Karachi to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answer inquiries, resolve concerns and deliver a positive customer experience. The role suits someone with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills who can work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and give accurate information on services and processes
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints and service issues promptly
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes
• Follow up with customers until issues are resolved and they are satisfied
• Escalate complex concerns to the relevant departments
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets and service objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and share feedback on recurring customer concerns to improve processes

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, customer service, call center or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in inbound and outbound customer support campaigns
• Experience in BPO, call center, real estate or service-based industries
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong conflict-resolution and customer engagement skills

The position is full-time, based in Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi, with shift timings from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
