Customer Support Executive - Lead Conversion (eBay Store Service)

About the role

A growing project of a team providing managed remote teams, marketplace operations and business automation to clients in the US, UK, Europe and Asia. The team runs managed eBay stores end to end, from listing and order processing to customer service and account health. You take new sellers from their first message to a signed, onboarded client; once onboarded, the operations team takes over the store.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp and email in clear, confident, professional English
• Carry conversations over days or weeks until the client is ready to sign
• Explain how the service fits each seller's needs and handle objections and pricing questions in writing
• Take calls and video calls when a lead prefers that route, mostly with sellers in the US, UK or Europe
• Guide new clients through onboarding and hand them over to the operations team
• Keep a simple record of every lead and follow up on its status
• Report weekly on leads received, converted and lost, with reasons

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years in sales, client onboarding, account management or a similar client-facing role, ideally with international clients
• Excellent written English, with the right tone for a business owner deciding whether to trust you with their store
• Clear, neutral spoken English for calls, which are not daily
• Comfortable on camera when needed, without hesitation or reading from a script
• Organised, able to run 15 to 20 open conversations at once

E-commerce or eBay knowledge is a plus, not required; product training is provided, but communication and confidence cannot be trained.
