About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Karachi. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other support channels
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
• Handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling abilities
• Professional and customer‑oriented attitude
• Ability to remain calm and patient while handling customer concerns
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or BPO is a plus
