Customer Support Representative – Remote Gaming Marketplace

About the role

GameKhelo is an online marketplace for buying and selling used video games, consoles and accessories. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Representative to assist buyers and sellers remotely, ensuring smooth order processing and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and the website chat.
• Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the order, from payment confirmation to delivery.
• Monitor order status, provide updates to both parties, and resolve issues such as delayed shipments or incorrect items.
• Maintain clear, polite written communication in both Urdu and English.
• Update the WhatsApp group and website with new stock listings.

Required profile

• Interest and basic knowledge of video games, especially PS4 and PS5 titles and pricing.
• Strong written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Ability to stay calm and patient while handling customer concerns.
• Own a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
• Reliability, honesty and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience using WhatsApp, Instagram and web‑based chat platforms for customer communication.
