Customer Support Representative – US Healthcare (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to serve as the front‑desk liaison for a US‑based healthcare client. The position is based onsite in Gulistan‑e‑Johar and operates on a night shift schedule, providing essential assistance to patients and coordinating with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve patient inquiries related to appointments, services, and general support.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors and clinics.
• Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate information flow.

Required profile

• Minimum education: O‑Levels, Intermediate, or Graduation.
• Resident of Gulistan‑e‑Johar (Mosamyat) or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal area.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Fresh candidates are welcome; willingness to work night shift (8 pm – 5 am) onsite.

Required skills

• Strong English communication skills.
