About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a professional, customer‑focused Customer Support Specialist to join its growing team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services and processes.
• Resolve concerns, complaints and service‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when required.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, call centre or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Organisational and multitasking skills.
