D365 CE Technical Consultant

About the role

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner specialising in ERP implementations, CRM modernisation, cloud migrations and Microsoft technologies is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant in Islamabad. The consultant develops, customises, integrates and supports scalable CRM solutions, working with functional consultants, architects and clients on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform and Azure. The position is full time and hybrid / remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows and extensions for Dynamics 365 CE
• Customise and extend Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules and security roles
• Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems via REST APIs and Azure services
• Implement custom functionality in C#.NET and JavaScript
• Support data migration, system configuration and integration requirements
• Work with functional consultants, QA teams and solution architects; take part in testing, deployment and release management in Azure DevOps
• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance and provide post-deployment support
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development and security best practices

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in D365 CE / Dataverse technical development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Preferred: CI/CD pipelines, Azure Service Bus or Logic Apps, third-party integrations such as DocuSign, ERP implementation experience, D365 or Power Platform certifications, and work with international or US-based clients
