D365 Commerce Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce professional to lead both technical development and functional system operations. The role involves designing, customizing, and managing end‑to‑end Commerce solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 Commerce POS/Store Commerce, including extensions and integrations.
• Administer D365 Commerce environments, channels, stores, terminals, users, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across Commerce components and support production operations.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 Commerce and external systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX and strong hands‑on D365 Commerce expertise.
• Proven ability to independently handle both technical development and functional system management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
