Daraz Marketplace Expert

About the role

Growth Sync is seeking a Daraz Marketplace Expert to manage and optimise our Daraz seller accounts. You will be responsible for driving store performance, handling day‑to‑day operations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to boost sales on one of Pakistan’s leading e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Daraz Seller Center, including product uploads, updates and optimisation.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability and coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns and refunds professionally.
• Track seller performance metrics, maintain high ratings and generate regular sales and inventory reports.
• Plan and execute Daraz campaigns, flash sales, mega campaigns and promotional offers.
• Analyse sales data, product performance and marketplace insights to improve visibility using keywords and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Daraz Seller Center or similar e‑commerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of Daraz policies, campaigns and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, customer service and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
