Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our health platforms, products, and research. You will work with large‑scale healthcare data, including clinical records, claims, and real‑time patient monitoring streams, to build secure, compliant, and scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and standardising data from EHRs, wearables, claims and other sources.
• Ensure data quality, privacy and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, clinicians and software engineers to deliver data solutions.
• Develop and optimise cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., AWS RDS, Snowflake).
• Maintain secure, scalable data models and monitor pipeline performance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in healthcare or life‑sciences.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python for data‑engineering tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt.
