About the role
Multitech Engineer is a Karachi‑based electrical and engineering organization supporting electrical projects and power distribution requirements across Pakistan. We are looking for a Data Entry Executive for Accounts & Inventory to join our team. The role involves handling daily financial and stock information to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounts and inventory data.
- Record purchases, sales, invoices, receipts, payments, and stock movements.
- Update and maintain Excel, ERP, and accounting software records.
- Check data for accuracy and errors.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Use MS Word, Excel, and ChatGPT.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Excel, ERP software, and data entry work.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounts and inventory records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use ChatGPT for writing formal office letters.
