Data Entry Operator

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring a full-time, office-based Data Entry operator. The office is open Monday to Saturday, with morning hours from 11 AM to 8 PM and afternoon hours from 2 PM to 11 PM, and is located in DHA, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad branches in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update new member profiles into the system.
• Verify and fix mistakes in existing client records.
• Organize and upload digital documents and photos.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of data entered.
• Help the matchmaking team find specific records when needed.
• Keep all data accurate and confidential.

Required profile

• Matric, Inter or graduate level education.
• Good understanding of Roman Urdu and English.
• Honest and committed to handling private data securely.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
