Data Migration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist with at least three years of hands‑on experience in data migration, system integration, and backend data transfer. The role involves ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient movement of data across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute data migration and transfer between different systems and platforms.
• Design and maintain system integrations using APIs and other integration methods.
• Collaborate with backend teams to guarantee data integrity and efficient movement.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Troubleshoot integration and data‑transfer issues to ensure smooth system‑to‑system communication.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, system integration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Smartsheet, including Smartsheet API, integrations, automation, and data synchronization.
• Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, JSON).
• Proficiency in working with databases, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
