Data Privacy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data privacy framework. You will ensure that our organization complies with global privacy regulations and supports enterprise‑wide data protection initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce data privacy policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct privacy compliance assessments, risk assessments, and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Maintain personal data inventories and data‑flow maps, promoting Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, Risk, and business teams on privacy projects.
• Deliver privacy awareness and training programs across the organization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or information governance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, PDPL, CCPA, or similar regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, data mapping, and compliance assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
