Data & PropTech Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data & PropTech Analyst to join our technology team. In this hands‑on role you will design data workflows, automate processes, integrate APIs and build BI dashboards that support real‑estate operations and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, standardize, transform and de‑duplicate data from multiple sources using Python and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts and workflow automations that move information between systems while ensuring data quality.
• Develop and support Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, sales pipelines and operational KPIs.
• Integrate third‑party services through REST APIs and use Google Apps Script or low‑code platforms to streamline repetitive processes.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation and API integration.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience writing queries against relational databases.
• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Attention to detail when working with messy, inconsistent or incomplete datasets.
