About the role
ibex. is seeking a highly motivated Data Specialist to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large amounts of data and identify trends for internal stakeholders.
- Manage the Client ID lifecycle, including creation, access management, hierarchy management, and termination.
- Oversee end‑to‑end ID recruitment process with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain agent‑to‑supervisor‑to‑operations‑manager hierarchy and keep it up to date.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work unconventional shifts (on‑call, after‑hours, weekends).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
