About the role

We are looking for a Data Specialist to join a leading technology company on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality, human‑labeled datasets that are used to train and evaluate AI models, ensuring accuracy and relevance throughout the data pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate human‑labeled data to guarantee consistency and accuracy for AI training datasets.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data annotations by cross‑referencing source materials and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine annotation guidelines and improve data quality standards.
• Monitor and report on data labeling performance metrics to track progress and identify trends.
• Assist in documenting processes and maintaining records of data sources, labeling rules, and quality checks.

Required profile

• Attention to detail with the ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the importance of high‑quality training data.
• Strong organizational skills for handling datasets and documentation.
