Data Validator

About the role

The Data Validator reviews, verifies and maintains accurate data records so that data integrity, consistency and completeness are ensured across operational systems and reports. The position is based at NASTP, Cantt, Lahore, on an EST shift.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, review and update data entries with high accuracy.
• Validate reports, spreadsheets and data records against defined standards.
• Identify, investigate and report discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy in daily operations.
• Organize and manage validation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred: prior experience in data validation, data entry or data quality roles.
• Ability to work in a team, with good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential data responsibly.
• Advantageous: familiarity with reporting and validation processes.
