About the role

Amicor Solutions is seeking a dedicated Debt Collection Team Leader for its Financial Services division in Karachi. The role involves leading a team of eight collection specialists, designing effective recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of eight debt collection specialists, providing guidance to achieve performance targets.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve debt collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and motivation sessions for team members.
• Analyze collection data and generate detailed reports for management decisions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and customer service departments to ensure a smooth recovery process.
• Handle complex or escalated customer cases professionally to resolve disputes and secure payments.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet departmental objectives within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in debt recovery management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret collection data.
