Delivery Lead – Data Analytics

About the role

The Delivery Lead will own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple Data & Analytics projects, products and workstreams in an enterprise environment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage complex dependencies and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of multiple Data & Analytics initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, quality and outcomes.
• Coordinate teams across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, Architecture, Platform and Production Support.
• Apply hands‑on PySpark and Microsoft Fabric knowledge to assess technical requirements, risks and dependencies.
• Manage agile processes: backlog, sprint planning, governance, release planning, UAT, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers and executive status reports.
• Drive resolution of delivery risks and blockers through appropriate escalation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering Data & Analytics solutions at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendor resources.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, quality and modern data‑platform architecture.
• Experience in fast‑paced global enterprises, preferably FMCG.

Required skills

• Hands‑on working knowledge of PySpark.
• Hands‑on working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
