About the role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software projects from kickoff through production, bridging the gap between engineering teams, clients, and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive software projects, maintaining scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Translate requirements into clear deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers, and intervene before issues arise.
- Lead stand‑ups, planning sessions, and client updates, keeping stakeholders aligned.
Required profile
- 4+ years managing software or technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with developers, clients, and leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Linear.
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
