Delivery Rider

About the role

The Delivery Rider role at TCS Private Limited is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lahore. You will collect parcels from designated locations and deliver them safely and promptly to customers, following assigned routes and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Handle parcels with care while adhering to traffic rules and company safety standards.
• Keep your vehicle in good working condition and report any operational issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong navigation and route planning abilities, familiar with Lahore’s local areas and basic map/GPS usage.
• Safe driving or riding skills with a valid motorcycle or vehicle license as required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and good time‑management under defined delivery schedules.
• Physical fitness to lift, carry and handle parcels throughout the workday.
• Basic record‑keeping skills for logs, delivery confirmations, and cash‑on‑delivery handling.
• Minimum secondary school education; higher education is a plus.
