About the role
The Inventory Data Entry Specialist will manage inventory records and support daily store operations, ensuring accurate stock data and smooth coordination across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory data accurately in the ERP system and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain detailed records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Prepare, review, and verify Goods Receiving Notes, Material Requisitions, and Delivery Notes.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excess, and conduct periodic physical stock verifications.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Support inventory audits and maintain organized filing for audit trails.
Required profile
- Meticulous and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
