Design Coordinator – Architecture & Drafting

About the role

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our team in Rawalpindi, supporting architects and engineers in delivering high‑quality design solutions. The role bridges creative design and technical execution, ensuring that drawings and specifications meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to develop and refine design concepts.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to maintain design integrity and project compliance.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications and material analyses.
• Review building codes and integrate them into design and planning.
• Manage multiple project timelines to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Provide technical support during construction, addressing design‑related issues.
• Conduct site visits to verify that plans align with actual site conditions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in architectural design or drafting on commercial or residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction processes and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with BIM software and 3D modeling (advantageous).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
