About the role
The Design Engineer – Electrical (Primary Design) will lead a team to deliver electrical design projects for power generation, transmission, and distribution, ensuring quality, safety and timely execution.
Key responsibilities
- Train and lead sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks and ensuring fair workload distribution.
- Plan and execute activities to meet operational and development targets within schedule and budget.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and progress of planned tasks.
- Resolve issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain quality control, safety, environmental and compliance procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication, teamwork and analytical thinking.
