Digital Analyst

About the role

TCF is seeking a detail‑obsessed Digital Analyst to become the analytical backbone of its global growth team. You will turn raw data from paid acquisition, retail funnel, SEO/AEO and website activities into clear, actionable intelligence that drives growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain TCF's digital analytics infrastructure (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and ensure data accuracy.
• Build and update performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI for campaign reporting, funnel tracking and executive visibility.
• Map the full donor funnel, identify drop‑offs, and conduct deep‑dive conversion analyses.
• Partner with Growth and Retail teams to prioritize optimization opportunities and run A/B test analyses.
• Manage the analytics layer within Salesforce CRM, tracking lead‑to‑donor journeys and email performance.
• Develop and refine attribution models, maintain UTM governance and provide cross‑channel performance insights.
• Act as the data partner for acquisition, funnel, AEO and CRO workstreams, delivering timely insights and supporting post‑mortem analyses.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple growth workstreams.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
