Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help boost online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing copy.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates and conversion data.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand consistency.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal computer with an i5 processor or better.
