Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, creating engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
