Digital Marketing Manager – Google & Meta Ads

About the role

Amazetec Solutions, a technology and digital solutions company in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead Google and Meta paid‑media campaigns. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on generating leads and optimizing return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, conversion and brand awareness.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation, including custom and look‑alike audiences.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor performance data, produce regular reports and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with graphic design and video teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of two advertising specialists.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Team‑leadership experience, capable of guiding junior specialists.
• Collaborative attitude to work with creative and management teams.
