Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital fundraising initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new donors, growing recurring donations, and optimizing performance across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid digital fundraising campaigns to drive donor acquisition and recurring giving.
• Manage Meta, Google (Search, Display & Performance Max), and YouTube campaigns with ROAS and revenue targets.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Ramadan, emergency appeals, and awareness days.
• Optimize donation funnels, landing pages, and payment journeys to improve conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, and donation asks.
• Track key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and donor retention.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and fundraising teams to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Analytical and reporting skills with experience managing campaign budgets.
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels and payment flows.
• Experience in nonprofit or fundraising marketing is an advantage.
