Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Sahla Cosmetics is seeking a high‑performing Digital Marketing Manager to turn marketing investment into scalable business growth. You will lead data‑driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and qualified sales for a beauty e‑commerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and acquisition.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
• Continuously analyse performance, monitor ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
• Create conversion‑focused content and ad creative tailored for e‑commerce and beauty consumers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithms, ad features and digital trends to scale reach and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• BBA or MBA with a major in Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven budgeting and ROI optimisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for beauty, skincare and personal care products.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid media on TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
