Digital Marketing Manager – SEO & Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and expand our digital presence across multiple channels. The role combines strategic planning, SEO expertise, paid‑media management, and team leadership to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end SEO initiatives: keyword research, on‑page and technical optimization, link‑building, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing budgets, bidding, audience segmentation and ROI.
• Drive organic growth by increasing traffic, visibility, engagement and nurturing influencer and partner relationships.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools; produce regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Research and implement emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices.
• Lead, coach and mentor junior marketing team members; collaborate with design, content and product teams.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets, resources and priorities; present results to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong track record of improving organic visibility, traffic and paid‑media performance.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and content strategy abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
