Digital Marketing Manager - SEO & PPC Specialist

About the role

Rumiq Technologies, a newly established Islamabad-based company offering AI tech and digital marketing solutions for US healthcare businesses, is hiring a senior Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & PPC) for a 1-year contract starting mid-November 2026. The role reports directly to the owner, who expects clear, honest reporting backed by data. It is a demanding, full-focus position with no side projects or freelance work during the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Paid advertising: plan, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, local) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for local clients, and TikTok Ads for national clients; set up privacy-safe server-side tracking for healthcare clients and Meta Pixel and Conversions API for others
• Manage budgets, test audiences and creatives, and cut wasted spend
• Grow client Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, plan monthly content calendars, write captions, schedule posts and brief the creative support
• Run SEO (keyword research, on-page, local SEO, technical checks), lead AEO so clients appear in AI search results, and manage Google Business Profiles
• Use AI tools to research, audit and produce content quickly
• Build an AI-assisted performance dashboard tracking spend, leads, cost per lead, search and AI visibility and follower growth, and proactively propose solutions
• Ensure all advertising, tracking and reporting for healthcare clients is HIPAA compliant, with no protected health information sent to ad platforms
• Lead and manage a team of two digital marketing professionals

Required profile

• Senior-level specialist able to give the role full focus during the contract
• Ability to work closely with the owner and report clearly on what works, what does not and what will be done about it
• Willingness to learn HIPAA-compliant marketing processes with the employer

The team works from a co-working space in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Salary is PKR 150,000-180,000 per month depending on experience.
