Digital Marketing & SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to join Mashreq Retail Marketing. The role will lead organic growth initiatives, improve search visibility, and collaborate with external agencies to meet New‑to‑Bank acquisition targets while supporting campaigns for existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, App Store Optimisation (ASO) and AI Search Optimisation strategies to boost organic rankings, traffic and lead generation.
• Partner with marketing, segment leads and SEO agencies to deliver on KPIs and timelines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, backlink planning and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor website health, indexing, page speed, crawlability and on‑page optimisation.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and other tools.
• Coordinate with the website/technology team to implement SEO recommendations and technical fixes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation, keyword discovery, automation and reporting.
• Identify emerging technologies and digital trends to enhance efficiency.
• Support tactical digital campaigns for Existing‑to‑Bank customers.
