Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our social media and email marketing efforts. The role involves managing multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving customer acquisition through both organic and paid strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars, publish posts, and handle audience engagement.
• Develop and run SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns to improve organic visibility.
• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Create newsletters, promotional emails and automated workflows using Mailchimp.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Previous experience in an accountancy firm is preferred.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.

• Canva (basic design and visual creation).
• Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (paid campaign management).
• SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
• Basic analytics and reporting knowledge.
