Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Web7Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lahore District. In this role, the specialist plans and executes digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote Web7Labs’ services and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and engage audiences across platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead generation.
• Test new marketing strategies and stay up‑to‑date with digital and AI‑driven marketing trends.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing skills with experience planning multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, including content scheduling and platform‑specific optimization.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
